Refunds are processed based on the specific service package purchased and the terms agreed upon at the time of engagement. Please review the details below:
- Full Website & eCommerce Store Management Packages (Starter, Pro+, Team Premium):
- For monthly subscription plans (Pro+, Team Premium), a refund may be provided for the **current month's service** if cancellation is requested within the **first 7 days** of that month, and no significant work has been delivered or benefits utilized for that specific month's billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for previous months of service, as work would have already been performed.
- For the **Starter Package (One Time)**, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If no work has commenced or if there's a demonstrable failure on our part to deliver the promised basic setup, a partial or full refund may be considered. Once significant setup work (e.g., store setup, product addition, basic SEO) has been completed, refunds are generally not offered for this one-time service.
- Specific Project-Based Services (e.g., Shopify Redesign, Custom eCommerce Development, AI Agent Development, Plugin Development):
- Refunds for project-based services are typically tied to milestones and deliverables as outlined in your specific project contract or Statement of Work (SOW).
- If a project is cancelled by the client **before work commences** or before any initial milestones are met, a full or partial refund may be issued, subject to any non-refundable deposit clauses in the agreement.
- If a project is cancelled **during active development**, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any work delivered, time spent, or resources allocated will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refunds will be provided for completed projects or services where deliverables have been approved and accepted by the client.
- SEO Optimization, Marketing & Digital Growth Services (Monthly):
- Similar to management packages, refunds for monthly SEO and marketing services are generally not provided for the current month once services have begun and efforts (e.g., content creation, link building, campaign management) have been initiated.
- If cancellation is requested, future recurring payments will be stopped.
- Free Starter Pack & Free Consultation: These are free services and do not involve any financial transaction, therefore, no refunds apply.
- Automatic CRM (Lowest Price Offer): Specific refund terms for the Automatic CRM platform will be detailed at the point of purchase or within the CRM's specific terms and conditions. Generally, software subscriptions may offer a trial period, but refunds after a certain period or upon activation are often limited unless there's a critical, unresolved technical issue on our part.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided in the following circumstances:

- Changes in client's business direction or priorities after work has commenced.
