WHAT I CAN HELP WITH
Use your plan’s time allowance for agreed maintenance tasks. Larger requests are estimated first, so you know how your hours will be used.
Review available theme updates, preserve relevant customizations and fix scoped storefront issues. Preview theme changes before publication.
Investigate storefront behavior affected by apps, review settings and coordinate supported fixes. Third-party app issues may need vendor support.
Look for image, theme and script problems on representative pages. Prioritize achievable fixes within your hours and flag larger optimization work.
Use agreed time for content layout adjustments, navigation fixes, product information changes and other manageable theme tasks.
Review important metadata, broken internal links, image text and relevant schema within the plan scope. Report larger content or technical issues separately.
Agree which theme files and store data need a backup, the tools used and where copies are kept. Receive a monthly summary of work and remaining priorities.
Clear boundaries. Useful support.
Maintenance is a defined allowance of developer time for one store. The work list is agreed around your priorities and available hours.
When an issue needs deeper investigation, a separate Shopify speed audit and optimization project can define that work. A wider visual change may be better served by a Shopify redesign.
Shopify manages the hosted platform. This service focuses on your theme, configured apps and storefront behavior; it cannot control Shopify or provider outages.
A duplicate theme is not a complete store backup. We agree the data, tools, frequency and restore limitations. Paid backup apps are separate unless included.
Support targets describe an initial reply, not a guaranteed resolution. Issue complexity, access and app-provider responses affect completion time.

Work is prioritized within your hours. Extra time and larger projects require a separate estimate and approval. Initial response targets are not promises of a completed fix; support availability is confirmed during onboarding.
Month-to-month; cancel before renewal. Growth and Scale roll over up to 50% of unused hours to the following month. New plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. Contact Nithu with any questions before starting.
Shopify fees, paid apps, theme licenses and backup tools are separate unless agreed. Full redesigns, new custom apps and major integrations need their own scope. Backup and monitoring coverage is documented during onboarding.

BEFORE WE GET STARTED
Need to check something specific about your store?
Ask NithuEach package provides monthly developer hours for agreed theme updates, small bug fixes and storefront support. Speed reviews, SEO hygiene and small improvements are prioritized within those hours. Plan cards list the allowance and support target.
Starter is $50 USD per month for up to 2 hours, Growth is $100 for up to 6 hours, and Scale is $500 for up to 30 hours. Shopify subscriptions, paid apps, theme licenses and third-party charges are separate unless specifically included.
Additional work is estimated and needs your approval before it starts. A larger task may be quoted as a separate project. There is no unlimited development included in a monthly plan.
Growth and Scale allow up to 50% of unused hours to roll into the following month. Starter does not include rollover. Confirm the next month’s allowance and task priorities with Nithu.
Plans are month-to-month. You can cancel before the next renewal. New maintenance plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee; contact Nithu to request it or clarify how it applies before starting.
Tell me what has stopped working and who is affected. The plan sets the initial response target, while the fix depends on the cause, access and available hours. These plans do not include a guarantee of 24/7 incident response or Shopify platform uptime.
Backup coverage is agreed during onboarding. Theme copies, downloadable data and app-managed backups have different coverage and limitations. A duplicate theme alone does not back up all products, orders or customers. Any paid backup tooling is identified separately.
A full redesign, new custom app or major integration is scoped separately. Small agreed improvements can use plan hours, but larger work needs a dedicated estimate and delivery plan.
